being humble before Allah
Allah says: People who believe, do good, and humble themselves to their Lord they will live in heaven, forever (Hud: 23)
Also: Give good news to those who are humble (Al-Hajj: 34)
And: The kind servants of God are those who walk the earth with humility (Al-Furqan: 63)
The Prophet said: Allah told me to tell you all to be humble until no one feels proud over others (HR. Muslim 2895, from Iyadh bin Hammar)
