Encourage what's right, stop what's wrong.
Allah says:
"Let there be a group among you who call others to goodness, encourage what’s right, and stop what’s wrong. They are the ones who will succeed." (Ali Imran: 104)
Not everyone has to do everything. But someone has to say it when something’s right. And speak up when something’s clearly wrong. That’s the kind of people who will come out ahead.
