Prayers for those who did wrong
Yusuf said: "today, no blame on you. may Allah forgive you. He is the Most Merciful of the merciful." (Yusuf: 92)
Ya'qub said: "I will ask my Lord to forgive you. truly, He is the Most Forgiving, Most Merciful." (Yusuf: 98)
the Prophet ﷺ told a story about a Prophet who was hit by his people until he bled. he wiped the blood from his face and said, "our Lord, forgive my people, for they do not know." (HR. Al-Bukhari 3477 and Muslim 1792 from Ibnu Mas'ud)
