Seek (good) Power
This part talks about how asking to be a leader can be a good thing if the reason is sincere and pure.
Prophet Yusuf asked to be the treasurer of Egypt. He said, "I am good at guarding and I have knowledge." He wasnât showing off. He knew he could do the job well and help people.
Prophet Sulaiman also asked for a special kingdom. He said, "My Lord, forgive me." He knew that power only comes from Allah.
The point is, itâs okay to ask to lead if your goal is to help others, stop harm, and bring good. Real leadership means fixing what is broken, protecting people, and following Godâs guidance.
Thatâs why the Prophet Muhammad  said: A fair and just leader will be placed on a seat of light near Allah, the Most Merciful.
Wanting power is not bad. It depends on what you want to do with it.
